The Time and Contacts Manager (TCM) included in Equity is accessible from the Equity Main Menu and as a stand-alone program called from DOS or Microsoft Windows. The TCM is basically a data base of all your appointments, contacts and things to do and allows you to print lists and mail-merge to word processor files.
All contacts are available to all users, but each user has the option to select certain contacts to be private for their eyes only. These will only be available to them and will not be listed in any other users contact list regardless of access levels.
