8.12. Stock Reports Menu
All stock reports can be generated for all stock items, or a select range. You can specify whether you wish to report by product or group and how many copies of the report you wish to print.
Every stock report can be re-directed to any printer on the system, an ASCII file or the screen by pressing [F3] and selecting from the pop-up menu.
8.12.1. Stock Sales Report
Lists, by Product group or Stock code, the Stock code, Description, Month-to-date Qty sold and sales, Year-to-date quantity sold and sales. Total sales for each Product group are printed, as well as the overall Total Sales.
8.12.2. Stock Price List
Lists, by Product group or Stock code, the Stock code, Description, Sales unit and Price. You can select any or all price categories you want printed.
8.12.3. Stock Assets Report
Lists, by Product group or Stock code, the Stock code, Description, Sales unit, Qty on hand and Average cost. Only items which are of type Stock are printed. (i.e. Non-stock, Cartage & Charge items are not printed.)
8.12.4. Stock Re-Order Report
Lists, by Product group or Stock code, the Stock code, Description, Qty on hand, Minimum Stock, Suggested re-order, Average cost and Total.
8.12.5. Stock Taking Sheet
Lists, by Product group or Stock code, the Stock code, Description, Sales unit and Qty on hand. It has a column where actual Stock on Hand can be written for later entry into the system.
8.12.6. Stock History Report
Prints the history of quantity, costs and sales by month for the last 12 months for selected items.
8.12.7. Stock Labels
Allows labels to be printed for selected stock items. You can select either one or two labels across the page.
8.12.8. Assembly Detail Report
Prints the components that make up each assembly, current stored cost of the assembly and the calculated cost of the assembly based on the new cost of the components.
