7.2. Overview

Equity's Quotation Menu contains options that allow you to immediately create quotes for your debtors and prospective customers, or enter quotes that have already been written manually. The ability to supply a quote quickly and efficiently is vital to your business, and this module allows you to enter all the items on a quote and have access to your whole stock file. It's so fast you could probably quote over the phone!

The Quotation Module is fully integrated with the Debtor and Stock modules which means that all debtor and stock details are available to you while you are creating quotations. Quotes can be converted into invoices once they have been accepted.
