7.8. Remove Old Quotes

This option allows you to delete quotes from a certain date from the system. When this option is selected an entry screen will be displayed.

Enter a date you want to remove quotes prior to. The program defaults to 3 months from the system date, but you can overwrite this if required. You are then asked to confirm your intent. Enter [Y] if you wish to proceed. The quotes that are dated before the entered date will then be deleted from the quotation file.

Note : Quotes that have been removed cannot be viewed or printed - they have been deleted from the system.
