7.7. Print Quotations

This option allows you to print Quotations that have been created. A screen will be displayed that allows you to choose which quotations you want to print.

Equity automatically enters the first and last quotation numbers on file. You can overwrite these numbers by either typing quotation numbers in or by pressing [F2] to pop-up a list. If you only want one quotation printed, enter the same number in both fields.

You can elect to print every line's total and/or the grand total of the quotation. You are then asked if you wish to proceed with the print. Press [Enter] or enter [N] to abort.

[F3] Allows you to print to any attached printer, the screen of an ASCII file.

[F4] Allows you to enter the leader and follower messages that will be printed on your quotations. These will be printed out on every Quotation that is generated, but you can change them at any time.
