Gives you complete control over moneys owed to your company. Debtors can be Open Item or Balance forward. You can elect to charge account fees and/or interest on an individual debtor basis. You can group debtors by area for reporting. Debtor transactions can be easily entered and viewed.
Many accurate and up-to-date reports can be printed on your debtors. Sales history and Salespeople are also maintained.
The Debtor Module also incorporates a job-logging and invoicing sub-module that helps you keep track of and invoice jobs that span a length of time.
This module allows simple fast entry and printing of detailed invoices and credit notes for debtors. Back-ordering is catered for if required. You can elect to archive invoices so they can be viewed and/or printed even after they have been updated. Many popular invoice forms are available, as well as plain paper and HP Laser format.
You can enter quotes for existing debtors or new clients on plain paper or letterhead. All stock items are accessible and can be included on a quote, and quotes can be changed as necessary. When a quote is accepted it is easily changed to an invoice and can be printed out on invoice stationary.
Gives you complete control over goods and services provided by your company. Six selling prices and/or quantity price breaks can be set for each stock item and mark-up codes can be used to govern selling prices. Price lists can be printed out using any of the price categories. Supplier Orders can be created automatically or manually. Stock receipt is quick and intuitive.
Gives up to the minute information of moneys owed by you to your suppliers. Creditors can be Open Item or Balance Forward. Creditor transactions can be easily entered and viewed. Many accurate and up-to-date reports can be printed on your creditors. As you enter payments to your creditors they can be placed in a cheque printing queue and can be printed all in one batch.
This module has two functions - a time manager that allows each user to enter appointments and to-do lists and a contacts manager that allows each user to keep a list of contacts and produce reports, mailing labels and mail-merge files from the list.
Name and address details, along with contact dates and interest categories can be stored for each contact which makes this module a welcome companion for sales staff, managers and general users alike.
The general ledger is live, so all transactions entered in any of the above modules automatically updates the appropriate General Ledger accounts. This alleviates many tedious and confusing double entry postings to the general ledger. Each G/L account's balances can be viewed and all transactions can be quickly listed. Budgets can be entered for every G/L account and reported on.
The cashbook allows fast transaction entry and multiple breakdowns. Bank reconciliation is intuitive and a reconciliation report can be printed for reference. Each G/L journal line tells you how the account will be effected which makes it harder to make a mistake.
Many default General Ledger reports are available as well as a report writing facility that enables you to write and tailor reports to your own needs.
This module incorporates all the operations that are done once in a while. It includes changing from one company to another, logging in a new user, a disk utility toolbox that includes backup and restore procedures and disk formatting, assigning reports to printers and End of Month processing.
This module allows the set-up of company information including options to tailor all modules to your specific requirements, tax rates, access levels, and assigning reports to printers. User maintenance and security, an important aspect if many people are to use the system, is also accessed from this module.
Each module generates many useful reports and lists to enable you to efficiently control your business. The General Ledger Module even has an easy to use report writing facility, so you can write your own reports to your specifications.
