3.11. Tagging Lists

On some reports you can mark certain items in the list you are reporting on to limit what is printed on the report. This is called tagging and is accessed by pressing the [F4] key.

Note : Look at the bottom of the screen to see if tagging is an option for the report you wish to print. It will be listed if it is.

When [F4] is pressed a list will be displayed.

To tag certain items on the list move the highlight bar and press [Tab]. To unmark press [Tab] again. You will notice that a => symbol appears at the left of a tagged item. Once you have tagged all the items you wish to be printed on your report press [F10] to enable the tagged list. You can now proceed with printing the report and only tagged items will be printed.

If you wish to re-print the tagged report you will need to enable it each time you select the report from the menu. The list will remain tagged until you clear it.

If you wish to clear the tags press [F9] from the tag list.
