Debtors are your account customers. Some accounting systems refer to Debtors as Accounts Receivable. Keeping accurate and up-to-date debtor records is very important - it keeps both your customers and bank manager happy!
The Debtors Module allows you to enter all relevant information for each debtor, such as their name and address details, terms, discounts, and special prices. You can then view or change this information as required. Payments received, account adjustments (journals), cash receipts and salesperson details are all entered in this module. Statements can be generated for your account customers and many reports can be generated to help you keep control of your credit customers.
